The VII edition of the Social Change Wave organized by Project Ahead and the Sagapò voluntary association ended on 14 April!
Also this year in the social business incubator Dialogue Place promising young changemakers, inspirational speakers and expert mentors (to learn more here) gathered to present, discuss, destroy and reconstruct ideas and projects that have as their ultimate goal the inclusive cooperation between migrants and locals and the development of innovative solutions to solve the problems of our time.
A jury of experts evaluated the ideas presented by the 6 different teams that formed during the three days, selecting the first three. Here they are below:
1 – GIVE CHANCE: the social enterprise that aims to integrate women into work, especially political refugees, through the creation of an ethical fashion brand.
2 – BABI PLAN: Temporary Art to Adopt, Sponsor, Map and Eliminate Architectural Barriers.
3 – YOU CAN DO IT: an idea to design and build independent living and working autonomy models for people with mental disabilities: because, up close, nobody is normal!
What did they win?
The three teams were rewarded with an incubation and consultancy path for the startup phase of their idea of social enterprise at the Dialogue Place incubator.
They will also benefit from scholarships worth € 350 to participate for free in the Social Enterprice Open Camp (22-25 June 2019 Naples-Salerno) promoted by the OPES-LCEF Onlus Foundation and CGM.
A personalized award has also been provided for them that will see them protagonists of a Study Visit at one of the incubators of the INCO Network or with other Project Ahead partners in the world.
We congratulate all the participants who contributed to the success of the initiative by presenting and working on brilliant social enterprise ideas.
We will be proud to host them in our incubator to continue developing their projects, in the hope of seeing them grow, go far and cooperate in positive social change!
